LIVILITI Health Products Policy:
LIVILITI Health Products Inc. will accept returns on any opened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Products are not returnable after 30 days from the ship date. Any opened product will be subject to a 5-15% returns processing fee that will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Units that claim to be defective must be available to LIVILITI Health Products technical support team for inspection and evaluation. To be entitled to rights under the Equipment Warranty, the customer must notify LIVILITI Health Products by contacting Customer Service at (888) 987-0744 ,and/or visiting www.liviliti.com/customerservice prior to the expiration of the applicable warranty period.
Before shipping any product to LIVILITI Health Products, the customer must obtain a written Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from LIVILITI Health Products. Any product received by LIVILITI Health Products without a return authorization may, at LIVILITI Health Products option, be returned to the customer via freight collect.
Once a return authorization is obtained, the customer is responsible for packing and shipping the defective product/component to LIVILITI Health Products, within 30 days after receipt of the return materials authorization.
