THE DEVICE
Built for one job, and cleared to do it.
The Paptizer 360 is an FDA-cleared UV-C LED microbial reduction device for single-patient home use. It is intended as an adjunct to reduce bacterial populations on certain compatible home-use CPAP mask cushions after cleaning.

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, then it runs itself.
Clean it first
Remove the headgear, the frame, and the tubing. Wash the cushion per the mask manufacturer's instructions and let it dry.
One cushion, facing up
Place a single cushion on the quartz glass tray with the opening facing upward, so the LEDs reach the surfaces that touch skin.
Close it and press start
Shut the lid and press START. The LCD counts down thirty minutes. Open the lid at any point and the LEDs cut out.
Leave it alone
When the cycle ends, the unit shuts off. There is nothing to rinse, nothing to wipe, and nothing to reorder. Your mask is ready to use immediately. No product downtime needed.
FEATURES
Five things that set it apart.
40 UV-C LEDs
260 to 280 nm, rated for up to a 10,000-hour lifespan. LEDs, so there's no lamp or filters to change.
Thirty-minute cycle
An LCD counts it down, then the unit shuts itself off. Four buttons: ON, START, PAUSE, OFF.
Six species commonly found on CPAP masks, laboratory tested
S. aureus , S. epidermidis , P. aeruginosa , K. pneumoniae , S. pyogenes , and E.coli , tested with the ResMed AirFit F20 cushion. Full log-reduction data below.
Lid safety sensor
Open the lid mid-cycle and the LEDs cut out. No UV-C exposure to eyes or skin.
Quartz glass tray
A special quartz-glass blend lets UV-C light pass through the tray for full 360-degree microbial reduction around the cushion.
THE METHOD
Forty UV-C LEDs emit at 260–280 nm. Light does the work, in an ozone-free process.
The LEDs are rated for up to 10,000 hours. Nothing wears out on a schedule, so there is no consumable and no subscription.

THE DATA
What the lab actually found.
Log reduction measured in vitro on production units.
Any correlation between in vitro results and clinical outcome has not been established. This device must not be used to replace the cleaning procedures as recommended by the CPAP mask manufacturers.
Testing performed on new Paptizer 360 production units (25A series) using ResMed AirFit F20 mask cushions.
